Les d\u00e9poser dans les moules, les recouvrir d&#8217;un linge. laisser reposer 2h environ.<\/li>\n<li>Passer l\u2019\u0153uf battu sur les brioches. P\u00e9trir \u00e0 nouveau. Ajouter le sel.<\/li>\n<li>La p\u00e2te est collante c&#8217;est normal<\/li>\n<li>Laissez la p\u00e2te doubler de volume dans un endroit \u00e0 l&#8217;abri des courants d&#8217;air<\/li>\n<li>Couper la p\u00e2te en 4 morceaux \u00e9quivalent<\/li>\n<li>Les \u00e9taler en rond et les empiler en tartinant g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement de caramel beurre sal\u00e9 entre chaque disque.
