Ajouter 1 jaune d\u2019\u0153uf.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter 225g de farine. Ne pas travailler.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser reposer au moins 2h. \u00c9tendre dans le moule. Pr\u00e9cuire 20 min \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Enduire la p\u00e2te pr\u00e9cuite de miel et de gel\u00e9e de fraises pour \u00e9viter que le jus des fruits ne la d\u00e9trempe trop. Garnir de fraises coup\u00e9es en 4.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pour la cr\u00e8me :<\/p>\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 20 minutes<br \/>\nTemps de cuisson : 20 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes) :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 blancs d&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/Magazine\/Tendances-Gourmandes_oeufs_1.aspx\">oeufs<\/a><\/li>\n<li>60 g de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/Magazine\/Tendances-Gourmandes_le-gout-des-sucres_1.aspx\">sucre<\/a><\/li>\n<li>35 cl de lait<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/Magazine\/Tendances-Gourmandes_le-gout-des-sucres_1.aspx\">sucre<\/a> vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Faire ti\u00e9dir le lait avec le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/Magazine\/Tendances-Gourmandes_le-gout-des-sucres_1.aspx\">sucre<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Battre les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs en neige ferme puis incorporer le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/Magazine\/Tendances-Gourmandes_le-gout-des-sucres_1.aspx\">sucre<\/a> vanill\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter progressivement le lait .<\/p>\n<p>Remettre dans une casserole et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux en remuant constamment jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit \u00e9pais.<\/p>\n<p>Verser sur la tarte.
