Laisser reposer 5 min puis m\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtention d&#8217;une cr\u00e8me lisse.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Remarque : essayer de mettre un peu moins de cr\u00e8me fraiche la prochaine fois pour obtenir une ganache plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re.
