{"id":2125,"date":"2013-11-29T02:10:00","date_gmt":"2013-11-29T01:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/baladesetbricolage.enthoumas.fr\/index.php\/2013\/11\/29\/meringues\/"},"modified":"2024-01-13T18:19:23","modified_gmt":"2024-01-13T17:19:23","slug":"meringues","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/baladesetbricolage.enthoumas.fr\/index.php\/2013\/11\/29\/meringues\/","title":{"rendered":"Meringues"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"ob-sections\">\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text \">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p>Recette issue de marmiton.org : la meringue pour les nuls : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/recettes\/recette_meringue-pour-les-nuls_36610.aspx\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/recettes\/recette_meringue-pour-les-nuls_36610.aspx<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Avec les autres recettes nos meringues ne durcissaient jamais en surface quelque soit la cuisson&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 5 minutes<br \/>\nTemps de cuisson : 60 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 20 pi\u00e8ces) :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 blancs d&#8217;\u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>250 g de sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quelques trucs :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sortir les \u0153ufs du frigo un quart d&#8217;heure avant de les utiliser<\/li>\n<li>Ne surtout pas m\u00e9langer de jaune aux blancs<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de sel avant de battre<\/li>\n<li>Utiliser un r\u00e9cipient plus haut que large<\/li>\n<li>Utiliser un batteur \u00e9lectrique !<\/li>\n<li>Battre les blancs en neige ferme.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 120\u00b0C (thermostat 4).<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le sucre par petites quantit\u00e9s tout en continuant de battre.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9poser imm\u00e9diatement des tas (n&#8217;importe quelles tailles et formes) sur une plaque de four recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire entre 30 min et 1 heure \u00e0 120\u00b0C.
