Laissez cuire sans remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il fonde et caram\u00e9lise.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez peu \u00e0 peu le beurre puis la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche en m\u00e9langeant vivement avec un fouet pour \u00e9viter les grumeaux.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque la pr\u00e9paration est bien homog\u00e8ne, poursuivez la cuisson 5 minutes et retirez du feu.<\/li>\n<li>Versez dans un petit pot \u00e0 confiture et laissez refroidir.
