{"id":2159,"date":"2013-06-19T12:48:00","date_gmt":"2013-06-19T10:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/baladesetbricolage.enthoumas.fr\/index.php\/2013\/06\/19\/sorbet-fraise-et-basilic\/"},"modified":"2024-01-13T21:40:22","modified_gmt":"2024-01-13T20:40:22","slug":"sorbet-fraise-et-basilic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/baladesetbricolage.enthoumas.fr\/index.php\/2013\/06\/19\/sorbet-fraise-et-basilic\/","title":{"rendered":"Sorbet fraise et basilic"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"ob-sections\">\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text \">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g de fraises<\/li>\n<li>80 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>20 cL d\u2019eau (1 verre)<\/li>\n<li>10 \u00e0 15 feuilles de basilic<\/li>\n<li>2 citrons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mettre le sucre et l\u2019eau sur feu moyen ( th 6) et laisser cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le sucre soit dissout.<\/li>\n<li>En attendant, rincer, \u00e9queuter et couper les fraises en petits morceaux.<\/li>\n<li>Les mixer avec le jus de citron et les feuilles de basilic.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer avec le sirop.<\/li>\n<li>Verser dans les moules pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 cet effet. ( Merci \u00e0 la famille pour ce cadeau!)<\/li>\n<li>Et verser le reste dans un bac \u00e0 glace. Mettre au cong\u00e9lateur quelques heures.
