Attention \u00e0 bien les laver les poireaux \u00e7a retient toute la terre! Et la soupe croquante c&#8217;est bof!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les feuilles de 4 poireaux<\/li>\n<li>1 navet<\/li>\n<li>6 pommes de terre<\/li>\n<li>1 gros oignon ou plusieurs petits<\/li>\n<li>6 carottes<\/li>\n<li>2 cubes de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00c9plucher les l\u00e9gumes, bien laver les poireaux.<\/li>\n<li>Faire revenir l&#8217;oignon dans l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.Le faire brunir.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les autres l\u00e9gumes coup\u00e9s en petits morceaux , les faire revenir avec un peu d&#8217;eau pendant 5 min.<\/li>\n<li>Recouvrir les l\u00e9gumes d&#8217;eau et ajouter les bouillons cubes.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser cuire 30 \u00e0 40 min\u00a0 en modulant entre 8 et 10.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Manger! miam! le must: avec du fromage fondant dedans et\/ ou des croutons<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"text-justify\">Pour utiliser les feuilles vertes des poireaux par exemple.
