Les couper. D\u00e9poser les figues dans une casserole avec le sucre et du vitpris. Cuire 20 \u00e0 25 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le citron et le mascarpone hors du feu. Laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n<li>Mixer. Laisser reposer au frigo quelques heures. Sur la p\u00e2te ajouter le m\u00e9lange et parsemer de figues fra\u00eeches.
