Ajouter les lardons d\u00e8s que les oignons blondissent, faire rissoler. Hors du feu, y verser la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un saladier, tamiser la farine avec la levure. Battre les \u0153ufs en omelette avant de les incorporer \u00e0 la farine. M\u00e9langer.<br \/>\nAjouter petit \u00e0 petit la cr\u00e8me liquide et l&#8217;huile ti\u00e8de. Une fois homog\u00e8ne, y incorporer le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 et les oignons cuits. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>Couvrir et laisser reposer la p\u00e2te au moins 2h au frais.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 240\u00b0C .<br \/>\nBeurrer et fariner des moules \u00e0 madeleines, et les remplir aux 3\/4.<br \/>\nEnfourner pendant 6 min \u00e0 240\u00b0C\u00a0 puis 4 min \u00e0 200\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9mouler les madeleines \u00e0 la sortie du four et les laisser refroidir sur une grille.<br \/>\nRefroidir votre moule et votre p\u00e2te entre 2 fourn\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"text-justify\">Recette tir\u00e9e de : http:\/\/www.750g.com\/fiche_de_cuisine_complete.htm?recettes_id=59810 et adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 notre go\u00fbt.
