Les faire dorer rapidement sur les deux faces et cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la lame d&#8217;un couteau p\u00e9n\u00e8tre facilement la chair.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration le caramel au beurre sal\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tailler le beurre froid en petits morceaux.<\/li>\n<li>Verser le sucre et l&#8217;eau dans une petite casserole. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le sucre caram\u00e9lise, Verser la cr\u00e8me liquide.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser cuire 1 \u00e0 2 minutes \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux, puis incorporer progressivement le beurre sal\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;une consistance onctueuse.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9partir les pommes dans les assiettes, accompagner du caramel au beurre sal\u00e9. D\u00e9guster !
